Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before subscribing to or using the Ghostprint newsletter service ("Service") operated by Ghostprint ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Service, joining the waitlist, or completing a subscription purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ghostprint is a curated premium lifestyle newsletter delivered weekly via email. Each issue covers dining, gadgets, experiences, and fashion — hand-curated with no advertising, sponsored content, or affiliate links.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to subscribe. The Service is available to residents of the United States and other countries where applicable law permits.
Ghostprint subscriptions are billed at $99.00 per month. Your subscription begins on the date you complete checkout through Stripe and continues on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorize Ghostprint and Stripe (our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis on the same date as your initial subscription date ("billing date"), unless you cancel before the next billing date.
Founding Rate: Subscribers who join during the founding period lock in the $99/mo rate for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If you cancel and re-subscribe after the founding period closes, standard pricing (which may be higher) will apply.
We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. Active subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. You remain responsible for any outstanding balances.
You may cancel your Ghostprint subscription at any time by:
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service (and receive issues) through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or personal data. For data deletion requests, see our Privacy Policy.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused issues, or any portion of a billing period after it has begun.

All content published in Ghostprint newsletter issues — including text, editorial selections, curation, formatting, design, and branding — is owned by Ghostprint and protected by United States copyright law and international copyright treaties.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read Ghostprint issues for your own private use. You may not:
If you submit feedback, testimonials, or other content to us, you grant Ghostprint a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our marketing and promotional materials.
You agree not to use the Service to:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any information provided in the newsletter is accurate, complete, or current; (c) any restaurant, product, or experience recommended will meet your expectations. Ghostprint newsletter content reflects editorial opinions and is not professional financial, investment, or purchasing advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GHOSTPRINT, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GHOSTPRINT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghostprint and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be addressed by contacting us directly at ghostprintcurated@gmail.com. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 15 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions.
Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ghostprint regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
